Q: Do you offer price matching?
A: Yes, we offer price matching with Canadian online stores, baby boutiques, and major retailers. Items purchased within 30 days are eligible. Please contact our customer service team at nihao@aladdinkids.ca with the details, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: We ship across Canada. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $49 within BC and $149 for the rest of Canada.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding BC statutory holidays):
Orders placed before 11:00 AM ship the same day
Orders placed after 11:00 AM ship the next business day
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.Please note:
Final sale items(e.g., Clearance page products) are not eligible for return or exchange
After 30 days, for defective or damaged items, please contact the manufacturer directly under their warranty policy
Q: Which couriers do you use?
A: We work with trusted shipping partners including Canada Post, UPS, UniUni, Canpar, Chit Chats, and FedEx, depending on your location and delivery needs.
Q: Can I change my subscription (product, size, pause, or cancel)?
A: Yes! You can manage your subscription:
Click the “Manage Subscription” link in your subscription confirmation email, or Log into your account on our website. From there, you can swap products, change sizes, skip deliveries, pause, or cancel anytime.
Q: Are your products safe for children?
A: Absolutely. Your child’s safety is our top priority. All products we carry meet or exceed regulatory safety standards. We also provide detailed product descriptions and safety information to help you make informed choices.
We take your privacy seriously as well—your personal information is protected with industry-standard encryption and security measures.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
A: We’re here to help. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team right away. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.
